Privacy Policy

vancouverbcwebdesign.com is operated by Grow Wild Agency Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information the site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Information you type into a form: contact, quote request, agency submission or claim, accessibility-assessment request, and the accessibility compliance card (first name, work email, province, organization size and sector).

• Technical information our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address, browser and pages requested.

How we use it

• To reply to your message or request.

• To review agency submissions, claims and corrections.

• For the compliance card: to generate your PDF. When email delivery is available, we email it only if you tick "Email me a copy" (one email, no mailing list). We record you as a sales lead, and Grow Wild Agency may contact you about its services, only if you tick the separate contact box.

• To protect the site from spam and abuse (for example, rate limits and hidden spam-trap fields).

Who processes it

• Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions.

• Resend sends the compliance-card email when you request one.

• Airtable stores compliance-card leads, and Slack receives an internal notification, only when you agree to be contacted.

• Quote and contact requests go to Grow Wild Agency. We do not forward them to other agencies listed in the directory, and we do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies or run an analytics service. Links to other sites (agency websites, Clutch, GoodFirms, Google, LinkedIn) are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by using our contact form or emailing info@growwildagency.com.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless the law requires longer.

Changes

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date below.
